# Multiple Devices

Mirror several iPhones and iPads at the same time, each in its own window.

Device MCP lists every iPhone and iPad connected to your Mac. With [Device MCP Pro](../license.md), you can mirror all of them at the same time.

## 1. The sidebar

Every device you connect appears in the sidebar, with:

* A status dot: **green** when live, **yellow** while connecting, **orange** when the device needs your attention, and **gray** when it isn't mirrored.
* Its name, model and iOS version.
* A USB or Wi-Fi icon that shows how it's connected.
* A ✨ icon while an AI agent is using it.

Type in the **Filter** field at the bottom of the sidebar to find a device by name.

## 2. Open a device in its own window

Right-click a device and choose **Open in New Window**, or press <kbd>⌥⌘N</kbd>. Each window remembers its own zoom, so you can line up an iPhone and an iPad side by side.

## 3. Device menu

Right-click a device in the sidebar for more options:

| Option | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| **Open in New Window** | Shows the device in its own window. |
| **Reconnect** | Connects to the device again. |
| **Stop Mirroring** | Stops the mirror until you start it again. |
| **Copy UDID** | Copies the device's identifier. |
| **Unpair…** | Removes the trust between this Mac and the device. |
| **Remove from List…** | Hides a device you no longer use. |

Device MCP Free mirrors one device at a time. When you click a second device, Device MCP offers to switch to it, or to upgrade to Pro.
