License Agreement

This agreement is between you and Proxyman LLC ("we") for the Device MCP app for macOS.

1. License. Subject to paying the applicable fee, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Device MCP on the number of Macs (seats) included with your license.
2. Free use. Mirroring and controlling one device at a time are free, with no time limit. Agent (MCP) features, Build & Run, app installation, the handoff and mirroring more than one device at a time need a license.
3. Updates. Standard, Pro and Team licenses include the updates released during their update period; Lifetime licenses include every update. Versions released before the end of your update period keep working after it ends. Renewing extends the update period.
4. Seats. Each seat covers one Mac at a time. You can free a seat from the app or the License Manager and use it on another Mac.
5. Restrictions. You may not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or share license keys beyond your seats.
6. Your devices and data. Device MCP runs on your Mac. You are responsible for the devices you connect, the apps you build and install, and the actions you allow AI agents to take on them.
7. Third-party software. Device MCP includes open-source components under their own licenses (see Acknowledgements in the app). Device control relies on Apple developer services that Apple may change.
8. No warranty; limitation of liability. Device MCP is provided "as is". Our liability is limited to the fee you paid for the license.
9. Termination. This license ends if you breach this agreement.
